Each day, we use the Quantexa News API to gather articles relevant to the thousands of active campaigns in our database.
This table shows a rolling count of keywords associated with specific candidates in 90-day windows.
Field | Description |
|---|---|
candidate id | Unique ID representing a specific person running for a specific office in a specific district, which is held constant across elections. |
date start | The beginning of the time window associated with this candidate + keyword pair. |
date end | The end of the time window associated with this candidate + keyword pair. |
term | A specific keyword identified in coverage of a candidate. |
count | Number of news articles about the given candidate published in the given time window mentioning the given term. |
