A state senate district is a unit of geography established by a state in which voters choose representatives for the lower chamber of a state legislature. The population represented by each district can differ significantly across states – from an average of 1 million in California to 20,000 in Wyoming.

shape | The district's shape as a GEOGRAPHY polygon. |
